Found this little tid bit on WebMD when learning how to raise babies on a budget:
- Daycare costs run about $1,200 a month, depending on where you live. Two kids in daycare equal about $30,000 in annual salary.
That translates into $52,000 a year for the triplets & Jaden. Now that I provide ‘daycare’ for the babes, I got a $10,000 raise by just staying at home! Add on being a maid and chef I make way more money staying home than I did in my career! The job is a lot harder tho …
- By the time a child is potty-trained, he or she can go through thousands of diapers. The cost of diapers amounts to $1,500 to $2,000 in total by the time your baby is out of them.
Thats right … $4,500 – $6,000 in diapers! That could buy a car! And it’s spent on poop … good thing baby butts are so darn cute!
Thinking about what our grocery bill is going to look like when the boys are teenagers is mind boggling and fun at the same time! Good thing I’m already nuts …
Think.. if you used cloth diapers that cost would go down to $600 all together for both
